Ariana Almero, R.M.T.
Ariana graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy program in 2015. For as long as she can remember, Ariana has had a desire to help other people.
She never thought she would go on to be an RMT, until she received treatment for her TMJD (jaw pain). Because of the personalized treatment and genuine desire to help, she realized this was something she wanted to do as well. Through school, she discovered a desire to have a preferred practice in pregnancy, women’s health, paediatric care, TMJ massage and athletic injuries. Ariana believes she can facilitate healing through relaxation, therapeutic exercise and by encouraging a healthy lifestyle.
Ariana enjoys reading the latest research articles to help improve her knowledge of various conditions and to help her come up with individualized treatment plans. She has attended specialized courses for ligament articular strain technique, biodynamic myfoscial release, lumbopelvic stabilization exercise and she plans to expand her knowledge in relation to women’s health, visceral and sports medicine.
On weekends, Ariana is usually watching the newest movie releases with her husband, playing board games with friends and family, or trying new activities like escape rooms, aerial silks and yoga. On her days off, Ariana is busy training and playing with her Shih Tzu, Luna.
