Pardeep Bains, B.A., M.PT., FDN
Pardeep completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at the University of British Columbia. Combining his long standing involvement in athletics with his interests in the rehabilitation sciences, he then went on to complete his Master in Physical Therapy degree from UBC as well. Over the course of his clinical experiences, Pardeep developed a diverse range of skills and knowledge.
Pardeep takes an active approach to rehabilitation and utitlizes a comprehensive approach to achieve his patients’ goals. His primary therapies include manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, and exercise prescription. Pardeep is committed to delivering the very best in individualized and patient-centred care. Dedicated to continuous growth and education, Pardeep has taken coursework in the McKenzie Method of Diagnosis & Therapy-Lumbar Spine and has received his level 1 certification with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association Orthopaedic Division. He also continues to pursue further educational opportunities to provide the most up to date techniques for his patients.
From high performance basketball to recreational hiking and winter sports, Pardeep draws upon his own athletic endeavours to connect with his patients. His passion and experience in all forms of athletics has led him to gain a comprehensive understanding of the needs and demands for athletes recovering from injuries. He is committed to delivering the very best in individualized and patient-centred care to meet his patients’ physiotherapy goals.
